About The Conference

Organizations take out journeys to reach business excellence and these are never ending ones. As the competitive landscapes change, firms look out for new ways to improve their performance and excel in their field of business.  For the last many decades, one path in this journey has been through quality management initiatives like Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO certifications, Business Excellence Awards and others. Another path is embracing innovative technologies which can provide sustained competitive advantage. Today, organizations have realized that technology and related infrastructure is not just an enabler but a driving force in their journey towards excellence. The COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant lockdowns have made the digital transformation of organizational processes inevitable. This need for digital transformation has opened up a gamut of opportunities for organizations along with lots of challenges.

This international conference on the theme, “Business Excellence and Quality Management in The Digital Age” aims to provide a platform for academicians, researchers, industry practitioners and thought leaders to discuss the emerging changes which are being witnessed in the current business environment. We invite original research papers on this main theme and the proposed subthemes.

Note: The above-mentioned list of sub themes is not an exhaustive one, research in any other relevant theme will be highly appreciated.

“An unstructured abstract between 250-300 words should be submitted. The abstract should include the aim, methodology, findings, implications, and originality.”

Paper Publication

All the abstracts will be published in Conference proceedings and selected papers will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals.

Guidelines For Submission

The maximum size of the abstract submission should be 300 words. Before submitting your abstract please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors.

Abstract should be submitted as a .doc/.docx attachment to

The submission should not be sent in PDF format and should not be zipped. The abstract should be in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman font 10 pt for the main text and 12 pt for the title.

Set the page size to A4 with margins of 2.54cm all around. Please do not insert headers, footers or page numbers. Do not refer to page numbers in your text as these will be changed.

Do not use multiple columns.

Put the title of the research in bold, left aligned, at the top of the first page only. Then, on the next line put the names of the authors. Where all authors are from the same institute, the following format should be used.

Lead Author, Co-author One, Co-Author Two Institute, Town, Country

Multiple authors from different institutions should appear as:

All the paper presenters are eligible for this award. The award winners are chosen by members of the scientific committee.

Best Paper Award – Category – Research scholars & students

The award intends to recognize the students currently pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies. To be eligible for the award, the student(s) must present the paper at the conference. The award winners are chosen by members of the scientific committee.
