“Tourism Innovator” Award (Integrated Advertising Competition)
In line with the activities of the UAE Innovation Month, under the slogan “UAE Innovates” and declaring 2023 the Year of Sustainability, the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman and the City University of Ajman announced the launch of the first edition of the Innovative “Journey to Ajman” Award. The awards will honor and celebrate the most innovative integrated advertising campaign on tourism in Ajman submitted by UAE university students over the next three months to enhance a widespread culture of innovation, sustainability and improving the quality of life in the UAE education sectors.
This challenging competition asks students to craft and submit an attention-grabbing campaign using three forms of media in response to the brief set by Ajman Tourism Development Department and City University Ajman. In an effort to drive and nurture the young creative talent in UAE. The competitions are open to full time university students in all UAE universities, who are studying full-time in either media, advertising, PR, communications, or other similar field. The winning students will be awarded at City University Ajman in front of media industry leaders in the region giving you an awesome opportunity to show case and promote your talent! Submit your creative work and be a part of the most recognized universities event in Advertising!

Eligibility:
The competition is open to university students in all universities in the United Arab Emirates, who are studying full-time in media, design, advertising, public relations, communications or any other similar field.
Awards presented by the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman:
The 3 first winners in each category in the context will receive:
- 1st winner: 5000 AED.
- 2nd winner 3500 AED.
- 3rd winner 1500 AED.
