HRM students visit Ajman Municipality and Planning

CU Ajman’s Department of Human Resource Management organized a field visit to Ajman Municipality and Planning Department’s Human Resources to provide first hand experience to students on their roles and responsibilities in the field. The students were given the opportunity to relate and implement what they have learnt through their studies to the actual work place. ‏ The director of the human resources department and administration provided a detailed explanation to the students about the functions of the human resources department in the municipality.
